Ashtown Brewing Company

www.ashtownbrewing.com

Ashtown was conceptualized on a cold morning around a homebrewing setup in Longview Washington by two cousins who found themselves on a map in between two craft beer meccas and knew something needed to change to bring good beer to a vacant area. In September of 2013 Ashtown opened their doors bringing local hand crafted ales to Southwest Washington. Ashtown believes in its community and the change it can make on a local level.

Backwoods Brewing Company

www.backwoodsbrewingcompany.com

Where the Gifford Pinchot National Forest meets the Carson valley, you will find us busily brewing craft beers from the best ingredients found in the Northwest.  Backwoods Brewing was founded by the Waters family in July of 2012. Prior to that, Jim Waters had taught his sons the art of home brewing before they flew the nest, but the boys came back after college with the dream of starting a brewery in their hometown. Many beer batches and napkin doodles later, with a can-do attitude and some carpentry know-how, the Waters saw their dream finally come to life. The first brews that came out of the pub were made on a small one-barrel system. However, increasing demand and growing awareness of the brew pub allowed the family to bump up to a 7-barrel, and finally the 20-barrel system that we brew on today.

Brother Ass Brewing

www.brotherassbrewing.com

We are a humble, family run microbrewery celebrating the art of craft beer and the joy of community.

St. Francis — A monk who lived 800 years ago — would refer to his body and his own stubborn nature as “brother ass” because change and self-discipline are so difficult to accomplish. We are about dedication and perseverance toward continual improvement in quality craft beer and in life.

Like St. Francis, we want to be good stewards of creation, employing sustainable practices, gathering our ingredients locally, neutralizing chemicals for safe disposal, minimizing water loss and composting hops. our spent grains are enjoyed as feed for Leo, Joe and Mocha, two horses and a pony and for baking bread, cookies, scones and such for our friends and family.

Grains of Wrath

Grains of Wrath Brewery is located Downtown Camas in an old 30’s era auto shop. This brewpub started off as an idea for partners Michael Hunsaker, Brendan Greenen, Shawn Parker and Brendan Ford. Victor23-negative-small-w.png

Victor 23 Craft Brewery

www.victor23.com

Victor-23is a neighborhood craft brewery and pub that embraces the adventurous history of the Pacific Northwest. On a stormy evening in November 1971, a man known as D.B. Cooper hijacked a Boeing 727 flying from Portland to Seattle. In Seattle, D.B. released all the passengers once the plane was refueled and he was given 2 parachutes and $200,000 in cash. The plane soon departed and the pilot was directed to fly south on the Victor-23 airway. Somewhere in Southwest Washington, DB Cooper lowered the rear stairway and parachuted to an uncertain fate. Our brewery celebrates this unsolved crime and invites you to ponder the case over a cold pint of Skyjacker IPA, Flight 305 Amber, Jet Fuel Imperial IPA, or Schaffner Pilsner.
